Food Sprint – Terms and Conditions
By registering on the Food Sprint platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Provisions
"Food Sprint" is a technology platform designed to connect independent couriers, operating under a self-employment certificate, with potential order providers (restaurants and other businesses). The platform is not an employer, does not create employment relationships, and does not guarantee any amount of work or income.
2. Registration and Membership Terms
Registration on the "Food Sprint" platform is voluntary and free of charge; however, registration is considered fully confirmed only after purchasing a special Starter Pack.
The Starter Pack (T-shirt and informational leaflet for the car) is intended for platform promotion, advertising, administrative costs, and initial platform setup expenses.
Registration on the platform does not guarantee any particular work, number of orders, or income level.
2. Payment and Purpose
By purchasing the "Food Sprint Starter Pack," including a branded T-shirt and an informational car window leaflet, the user pays a fee of 25 EUR.
This fee exclusively covers manufacturing costs, administrative, promotional, and preparation expenses associated with launching the platform.
This payment is not and cannot be considered as a guarantee of employment, work, or income.
3. Non-refundable Fee
The fee paid for the "Food Sprint Starter Pack" is final and non-refundable, even if the "Food Sprint" platform does not start operating, is discontinued, delayed, or its terms change.
By registering on the platform, the user explicitly acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of this fee.
3. Independent Activity and Responsibility
Each courier must have a valid Individual Activity Certificate.
All taxes, insurance contributions, and other obligations related to self-employment are exclusively the courier's responsibility.
"Food Sprint" holds no liability for user actions or obligations during self-employment activities.
4. Delivery and Returns
"Food Sprint" T-shirts and additional items will be delivered to the selected parcel locker system ("Omniva," "LP Express," or others) within 2–7 working days of receiving payment.
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
5. Limitation of Liability
"Food Sprint" shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users due to the non-launch, discontinuation, or delay of the platform’s operation.
The platform assumes no responsibility for losses or damages incurred by users in conducting their independent courier activities.
5. Data Protection and GDPR
By registering, the user agrees to the processing of personal data for administrative, direct marketing, and communication purposes.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
6. Final Provisions
"Food Sprint" reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, notifying registered users about changes in advance.
By registering, the user confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, and limitations of liability herein.
